The Fine Print

  • Joi Salon is an appointment only salon and is open Tuesday-Friday with the occasional Saturday.

  • Late appointments are available.

  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment as I have a small and cozy suite.

  • If you are not feeling well or anyone in your household isn’t feeling well, please let me know and I will be happy to reschedule your appointment as soon as everyone is better.

  • Texting is the easiest way to contact me and I will be able to get back to you much sooner so please text if possible.

Services Explained

Color Touchup refers to coloring the new growth only.

Creative Color includes balyage, fashion colors and complete blonding.

Partial highlight is the top and sides of head.

Full highlight is the entire head.

Blowout is shampoo and blow dry which leaves hair smooth and clean.

Shampoo and style includes flat iron or some curls.

Special occassion/up-dos are formal hairstyles usually for weddings, proms, formal etc.

*Highlight touch ups are not considered color or color touchup. Please book a highlight appointment if you would like them refreshed.

Who am I?

My name is Rachelle and I have called Buda home for almost 50 years. I have been married to the love of my life for 27 years and we have two fabulous kids and a very energetic dog named Jax.

I not only like my profession but I love the people I meet and the connections that I have made. It’s not everyday you can go to work and chat with friends all day. I am Blessed to be able to do what I love!

I enjoyed a 15 year career in the medical field working in dialysis, then stayed home for a few years with our babies and then started cosmetology school in 2009. The beauty industry is a great network and I am very happy to be a part of it.

When I am not in the salon I enjoy hanging out with the family, taking lots of long weekends to the beach and reading. I am an avid jigsaw puzzle worker and love going to trade shows on the weekends.
